Soil: Alternation of arenaceous marl and loam with characteristics stones (cogoli).
Vinification: Manual “punching down” in controlled temperature.
Alcohol: 13 %
Total acidity: 6,0 g/l
Appearance: Ruby red with purple reflections
Nose: Aromas of red fruits, floral, with spicy notes.
Taste: Soft, with good structure, persistent, harmonious.
Production: 2.500bottles per year.
